How does the Mailkit Affiliate program work
Affiliate program can be used by two methods - by using affiliate and promo codes or by giving special discount coupons.

Place a link to Mailkit on your website along with our affilate code. - Affiliate link in email
Insert a unique promo code to your email campaign sent using Mailkit.
New customers coming using the link (from your website or email) will start receiving discounts and you will be collecting provisions as well!
Tempting provisions and discounts
Current customers that refer a new client will automatically receive provision of 20% from all Mailkit payments made by referred customer.
New customers coming thru a referral from a affiliate partner website or email automatically receive a lifetime discount of 10% on all payments for Mailkit services.
Discounts are cumulated
The best part about the discounts provided in Mailkit Affiliate program is that they cumulate!
Example says it all:
You bring us 5 new clients. Each of them will buy credit for 10000 emails for only $90 (= normal price $100 - 10% discount for refered customer). You receive 20% provision on this payment - that's $18 per customer - times 5. The total amount of provision you receive is $90 and on your next credit order for 10000 emails worth $100 you pay only $10! That's worth it isn't it?
Discount coupons
You can find discount coupons to use for buying credit all around, you just have to look for them. In print ads, on the internet, on facebook... Find a coupon and use it next time you are buying credit.
If you have signed-up to Mailkit using a link from one of our affiliate system members and received a lifetime 10% discount the value of the discount coupon will be cumulated! You can only use one coupon code per credit buy.
How to join Mailkit Affiliate program
Using promo code
All Mailkit users are assigned a unique promo code during signup. This five-letter code is always visible on the red status bar on the bottom of your Mailkit screen and all discounts and reports about referred clients are linked to this promo code.
The promo code is the cornerstone of the Mailkit Affiliate system and it has to be entered by the new customer during signup in order to link the new customer to the existing referring customer. In case the new customer is coming from website of Mailkit Affiliate member or an email with affiliate link, this five-letter code will be automatically pre-populated in the form thanks to the cookies (affiliate cookies are valid for 30 days).

Affiliate link in email
First method of promoting using Mailkit Affiliate program is by placing a affiliate link to the body of emails sent using Mailkit.
In the campaign editor select the Mailkit tags button and select Insert affiliate link (preferably at the end of the email). The affiliate link will be inserted into the body of your email. When clicked the visitor will be automatically redirected to the Mailkit website and assigned a affiliate cookie that will take care of pre-populating your promo code to the signup form.

Affiliate code on a website
Second method of joining the Mailkit Affilate is by placing affiliatec code on your website.
The exact source code of your affiliate code can be found in your Mailkit account under menu Profile/Affiliate system.
Example affiliate code using promo code "ABCDE":

New customer coming from your website will be automatically linked to your account and both of you start collecting discounts and bonuses immediately. -
Direct URL link
In case you can't use any of the above mentioned methods to use promo codes, you can always use a direct Mailkit Affilate url of the following form:
http://user.mailkit.eu/action,affilate_cookie/action2,redir/affilate_code,CODE
Replace "CODE" with your unique affiliate code. For example if your affiliate code was "ABCDE" the url would be the following:
http://user.mailkit.eu/action,affilate_cookie/action2,redir/affilate_code,ABCDE
If you send this link to your client and he follows it by clicking on it, he will be redirected to Mailkit website and will receive a cookie that will link him to your account upon signup. -
Manually entering promo code during signup
If you happen to meet someone you would like to recommend Mailkit to, but it would be inconvenient to exchange emails with the link or requiring him to visit your website, you can easily give them your five-letter unique affilite code that you can find on the bottom of the screen of your Mailkit account. If your friend enters this code during signup he will be automatically linked to your account.
Using discount coupons
Have you received a discount coupon and don't know what to do? Coupons can be used when buying credit in your Mailkit account. Select menu Profile / My Account and click Buy credit and select payment method, amount of credit to buy and enter your coupon code to the input field. The discount as defined by the coupon will be immediatelly deducted from the amount of your credit order.

How to see the reports of Mailkit Affiliate
Mailkit provides reports for almost everything you can images and our affiliate program is no exception. To give you a complete overview about success rate of your referrals, Mailkit Affiliate program provides detailed reports where you can get the following information:
- pageviews of your affiliate code (how many times have the code been displayed on your website)
- number of visitors referred to Mailkit (those who came using your link)
- number of conversions (actual number of customers who signed up using your promo code)
- collected provision amount
For privacy reasons we do not display names of customers that signed up using your promo code.
